What methods or strategies do you use to combat burnout?

My coaching is based on three pillars: Gratitude, Expressing Emotions and Forgiveness. With gratitude sessions we will work out the beauty that is in your life already. Based on that we will confront the negative emotions in your life and start expressing them and speaking them out and look for the source and the reason of them. After we discovered the source and the reason we will enter the phase of forgiveness that will strenghten the believe in you and capabilities.

Is your program customized to individual needs?

Based on the three pillars gratitude, expressing emotions and forgiveness I will always take into consideration what you need the most in the moment. Every human is unique and has her or his story. Therefore you will get special treatment according to your needs!

Do I need to make any lifestyle changes?

During the coaching you will not need to change your lifestyle. However I am sure that after the fourth session your heart will want to change your lifestyle!
